When I think of home, I think of a place where there's love overflowing... I read that home is not a place but how you feel with people. I consider myself to have 2 home countries, Philippines and Cambodia. And I may live and work here in Cebu, but my home is Bohol jud. I was born in Cawayanan, Tubigon, Bohol. I stayed there till my elementary graduation. From high school till now, we have lived in our house in Tinangnan, Tubigon, Bohol. January p lang of 1988 nibalhin n man mis among bay sa Tinangnan lagi which is my dad's place. Cawayanan is my mom's place. Moadto ra man pud kos Cawayanan when makalugar. Nihapit man ko didto last May 2 nga bisperas before I travelled back to Cebu. Syempre, anybody that is special to me must see Cawayanan. I took Coach to Cawayanan gud in January 2016 before we travelled here in Cebu. Basta, maabot ra ta didto pohon lagi. I just keep the faith. Amen!

MEETUPS WITH MY BROTHER ABROAD

On the occasion of my brother's birthday today. I will recall the times when we met up abroad. He is actually a crew in merchant ships abroad. Morag capitan n man cguro nay ranggo ron sa akong brother. Milaon jud n akong brother lagi kay youngest man. Hehehe. Gioffer jud n sija ni San Agustin lagi kay spoiled man. I remember nga kasab-an n sija ni Lola Senciang when manujo sijas Tubigon. Then every fiesta ni San Agustin sa Libertad, modagkot jud n sila lagi. These days kay morag sa Panglao n sila moadto. Anyway, the first time we met abroad was when their ship Atlantic Spirit docked at the Port of Amsterdam in March 2001. It was supposed to dock at 2pm but nadelay sila lagi maong gabii n sila nakadunggo. I met their ship at the port and gipasaka pud ko nijas ilang barko. Kadyot ra ko kay nagdiskarga man sila lagi ug mga awto. He was in a car ship that time, morag Nissan p gani to. We called up our parents in Tinangnan too when nagkita mis barko. Kadlawon n tos Tinangnan. And upon my return to The Hague that night, I called up Bohol pud. Buntag n didto, Melinda said mamahaw n kuno sila.. The 2nd time we met abroad was in Singapore. Sa Lucky Plaza n lang mi nagkita and I accompanied them back to the Port of Singapore. Buotan p jud ang taxi driver lagi ato kay instead of $12 nga taxi fare, $10 ray ijang gipabayad kay I was very new p man lagi to Singapore that time. Sa Cambodia ra ko niadto nga wa mi magkita sa akong brother. Malooy pud ko nija nga wa kos America kay di sila kagawas lagi. Hangtod Seaman's Club ra man lagi n sila if modunggo silas America. Yet pakuhaon p jud sila ug US vis lagi. Anyway, I greeted him already and thanked him for being a very loving brother to me and to all of us. Commercial building n man pud ng ijang plano ron lagi nga tukuron sa may basakan kilid sa highway nga ijang gipatambakan. Aunty Helen once said that Baloy is little Prudy kuno. KH DEVELOPMENTS

Daghan n ang latest developments sa Cambodia jud. My former colleague Teacher Khemry told me that she is now at WIS Stadium campus kuno in Phnom Penh Thmey. Sus, laju2 n jud to lagi. But I do plan to see her pohon kay dugay n mi wa magkita lagi. I saw on another Youtube vlog pud this place called PH Euro Park in Chhbar Ampov man cguro. Basta kay across the Monivong Bridge p sija lagi. Anyway, moadto man ko pohon. Makakita ra nya kos mga bag-o pud didto. Go go go Doki and have a safe trip! ;)

BAGOSPHERE BACOLOD

They are a Human Skills school daw in Bacolod, Negros Occidental and I applied with them as a curriculum writer. They replied late yesterday afternoon that for initial interview n lagi daw ko. Wow, salamat po Lord. I had the interview online last Monday, June 26, 2023 at 2pm in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Pasar ko actually and will just need to do the skills test and basin for final interview p pud ko lagi pohon. The good thing is that remote work daw diay oi so I can be here in Cebu ra japon. Since March 22, 2022 lagi last year when Madon said may Tuesday surprises be with you Heidz. Conscious n jud ko lagi kung unsa man. Ang surprise that time kay si Nicolas man jud lagi. After 49 years he replied to my email lagi tawn oi. He tried to apologise then but I dismissed it. Told him we'd always be friends. Karon kay di n jud siya mobawos sa email or momsg lagi. Basahon man niya akong msgs sa Messenger but di n siya mobawos lagi. I guess it means move on n mi pareho. Incidentally, today 6/20/23, ang surprise kay si good friend from elementary Jeanalyn Piquero. She is now married kay Aparice n man ijang last name. Tua ra kuno sijas Macaas lagi. But this time ra jud sija nakig-add sa FB lagi so happy ra pud ko. Si Darlene Fuentes n lng jud ang wa naho maistorya siguro after a very long time. Amen. Ay, nimsg diay pud si Lorna Amrinto. She said niuli kuno siya diri on the last week of April kay namatay daw iyang papa. My condolences.. Ang Youtube videos nga ahong gitan-aw today kay about Filipinos who become public school teachers man in the USA. Di pud lalim lagi ang magtudlo didto. J-1 visa lagi kuno ilang gamiton, 3 yrs validity. But daghan mga Pinoy lagi japon mokagat kay kwarta n lagi. Opportunity n. Sila maoy guests ni Karen Davila sa iyang vlog during Valentine's Day this year. Yesterday and today ra naho gitan-aw lagi. They met during the set of the drama series Krystala. They would eventually make couple movies "Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo" and "Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo". Lingaw kaju ni nga movies lagi. Si Judy Ann said ganahan daw siya ni Ryan kay seryoso lagi daw. The type daw nga modalaw sa set etc. It's like first serious boyfriend daw niyas Ryan Agoncillo lagi. They have 3 kids now - Yohan (adopted) and Lucho and Luna their own kids. FILIPINO FOOD WEEK

On Hawaii News Now (HNN) today, I saw that Filipino Food Week lagi daw didto from June 20 to 26. Wow, congratulations! Naay na-add sa listahan of chefs in Hawaii of Filipino origin. Si Joey Macadangdang. He has his own restaurant in Maui. He said laing is luau in Hawaii. Mao jud. Go go go Pinoy, raise our flag! :)

PhD OPP AT TRONDHEIM, NORWAY

Nindut pud sundon ang latest drama on TV which is collaboration between GMA-7, ABS-CBN and Viu Philippines. It is entitled Unbreak My Heart starring Jodi Santamaria, Richard Yap, Joshua Garcia and Gabbi Garcia. It has scenes shot in Switzerland and Italy p jud lagi. It first aired on GMA-7 primetime last Monday May 29, 2023 at 935pm. I think sa Viu Philippines kay the Saturday before that p, which is May 27, 2023.
