Yday I joined a webinar by ICAS in Tokyo. Twas about the globalization of Japanese food. Basically, they said if you made it in New York, you have arrived lagi daw. If you are in New York daw, you talk of Tokyo and vice versa. Sa Europe pud is London, Paris and Rome. Second tier ang Amsterdam, Vienna etc.
