Ydaay I joined a webinar by ICAS in Tokyo. Tws bout the globlition of Jpnese food. Basically, they said if you made it in New York, you hve arrived lagi daw. If you are in New York daw,you talk of Tokyo and vice versa. Sa Europe pud is London, Paris and Rome. Second tier ang Amsterdam, Vienna etc.
