Yesterday was the start of our lectures. I went to my 9 to 11am klas with ITE 242. Sila RB Madis. Morag mga buotan ra man pud sila. Since gigamit man ang Room 406, Dr Erese and I had klases at DR 3 in the library. I was able to meet the Econ freshies. In the afternoon padayon p japon ang orientation so I didn't have a class with SPE 241. I just went home after 5pm. Go Doki!

WINTER COAT

Today 8/8/24 I ordered my winter coat online. Barato ra, mga P530 ra and it will be shipped from Japan kuno. COD. Naabot man pud yesterday ang winter clothes nga gipada ni Nang Anel from Cebu last week. So tua n koy thermal pants ug sweater. Salamat Lord. Pasok man ko so I sent my application. I talked to Rhona and to Nang Anel pud. Support sila naho nga moapply didto. But si Mam Raquel said ayaw daw kay di daw k kasud didto kung wa kay backer lagi. Well, I can only pray for the best. Basta Lord, kung madawat ko didto, it means didto n pud ko nimo paadtoon. Ganahan ra man ko diris NU Baliwag Bulacan lagi kay probinsya nya duol ras Metro Manila lagi. Kung sa Cebu man gud ko Lord, laju n if gikan kos gawas coz another trip n man pud lagi. Sus, nabiktima tawn si Sir John Ouano sa ahong overthinking. Saun, nagpicture man si Mam Jhe lagi with her faculty lagi kuno for the incoming school year. Over the weekend, we witnessed the triumph of Carlos Edriel Yulo on the floor exercises and vault in order to bag two gold medals at the Paris Olympics. This morning he talked to me here at the pantry of our college faculty room. He aired his sentiments about the Orientation we had yesterday. He felt bad coz wala man siya maintroduce sa body. But most importantly, he said disorganized lagi daw ang among assembly yesterday. I shared to him n lng pud my experience with CDU before with our ever indefatigable Dean, Atty. Roel S. Hortelano. Dugay gud pud to sija nga dean namo lagi. From when I started in November 2010 to May 2020. I do miss him sometimes. I hope he's doing well. Btw Sir Gorby said papunta n kuno sa Directorship si Sir Ryan Dayao kay siya n man lagi ang Graduate School coordinator which is a different unit sa university. He is the head of the Research Management Office too. So all graduate programs will be under him. Sige po, it inspired me to look for a new PhD program. Say sig huwat anang wala lagi di b? Uy, I rechecked and I think nabudol n pud ko with my eTA for Canada. 7 Canadian dollars ra man lagi ang ingon sa CIC Canada website. But I paid for 99 USD from that site. Omg, unsa diay to oi? But the good thing is, valid for 5 years man pud to lagi. And it is tied to my passport so if my passport expires, I have to get a new one daw. Cge po. Talked to Helen this morning. She suggested MNL-JFK-YYZ-MNL daw ahong ibook. Coz I only have an eTA man lagi for Canada. But then when I checked, mas mahal xempre by 400 USD ang air ticket to Toronto and I think pwede ra japon lagi ang eTA by land so magbus n lng jud ko lagi if maoy mas barato. Good day!

NU 124TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

Today 8/1/24, we celebrated the above at NU Baliwag. We had a mass at school then had a program. They gave us a free polo shirt. Diha pud buffet lunch. But nagpadala ra ug msg lagis Dr Hans Sy ug kadtong Ermita who is our President. Diha pud award for those 30 yrs in service ug kadtong Core Values Awards. I was on the same table as Doc Ryan Jay Dayao and Mr Ron Gorby Resuello and our new Filipino teacher, Mam Angel. Kujaw kaju sila kay gihatdan ra ug pagkaon lagis mga silbidora. Sus kami kay nipila p jud lagi. We had a picture pud ni Mam Angel and Mam Lyka and Mam Ruth and Doc Erese. Sige po, go go go! Ikaw nay bahala Lord kung asa ko Nimo dalhon. Amen.
