MARAAS 2024

I received email from them y'day. This is mid-Atlantic Regional Association of Asian Studies (MARAAS). They have a conference from November 2 to 3 at the University of Delaware. I want to join this Lord coz mas nindut p ni kaysa atong Buffalo, New York. Coz near the border with Canada n man lagi to. Sa Delaware tua man si Ann2 so tua n koy pwede kapuy-an or tua nay pwede mohost naho.

DTI 3 VISIT POHON

Today I came to school around 6am. Nisajo jud ko kay daghan p ko ug buhaton lagi. And thankfully nahuman naho Lord ang proposal and travel form for our visit sa DTI 3 ig June 19 pohon. They are in the same area as NEDA 3 which we visited last February. Then I finalized my proposal pud for the MARAAS conference in Delaware in November pohon. NCCA TRAVEL GRANT

Today I received the email from NCCA. I got the travel grant lagi kuno from them. Wow, thank you very much po Lord! It is P40k but refund ra lagi siya pohon when I come back. I have to submit documents to them (travel report, official receipt, boarding passes etc) so that makuha lagi naho ang mahiwagang pera. Sige po Lord, see you in Bangkok! On the other hand, I may have to let go of my ticket for June 1 and 2 pohon. Coz busy lagis preps for U Week next week. Nya ang ahong iparebook nga July 27 is wala daw flights. Jia you Doki!

Wa lng cguro nija maexplore.. 15 yrs ago p diay kuno siya last niadto ug Bangkok and it was a group tour. Maong daghan pud sija ug fears lagi. Anyway, by God's grace, tua n xay ticket to BKK lagi pohon. Huwaton n lng daw namo siya sa BKK airport kay 2 hours late ang iyang flight sa amo ni Nang Anel. VERY BUSY WEEK, MAY 27 TO 31, 2024

This stands to be a very busy week. Preparations are underway for our University Week next week, from June 3 to 7 pohon. Since I have been assigned lagi to coach our table tennis team. Busy pud kos ilang pagpractice. I gave the P1k n lng pud to Mam Girlie - P550 for our jersey and P450 for our contribution to our players. I printed their excuse letter and paid ten pesos. I printed my long exam n lng pud sa Public Econ, paid P20. Ang long exam sa Ethics, for my Thursday and Friday klases at 40 copies was printed by Mam Carizza of the Registrar's office. Wow, buotan jud ang mga Pilipino lagi. Thnks po Lord. Gusto ko mag exam this week kay I will leave for Bangkok ig June 8 to 12 lagi pohon. Gusto ko wa n koy backlog sa checkanan pohon. Jia you Doki!

ICSC CLIMATE RESEARCH

I have done my interview with ICSC, an organization based in Quezon City earlier this morning, Monday, May 27 at 11am via Zoom. City level researcher man sa Tagbilaran ilang gipangita. Wow, salamat po sa opportunity Lord. I pray madawat ko. Bale 3 areas ang ilang gipangitaan ug researchers lagi: Antipolo, Bacolod and Tagbilaran. Basically mokuha ra ug info from the LGU and long report ray expected output pohon. They will decide daw in 2 weeks time. Anyway, I might be considered for Antipolo kay xempre, mahal man kung moplete p silas eroplano if akoy ilang kuhaon. Please put everything into place Lord. Amen po.

NO MORE JUNE 1 TO 2 TRIP

Then I had a 7am klas p jud lagi the next day then giobserve p jud ko pagkahapon ni Sir Ron. Anyway, I msgd her already. She said okay ra daw, catch up n lng daw mi next time I'm free. She is our guidance counsellor sa college. I went to her this morning in order to talk about my predicament. She told me to give a timeframe to things so that I don't prolong my agony lagi kuno. And true enough, I would have to decide once and for all if I want to go to Hawaii this July/August or nus-a b. I will check the ticket prices and push through with the personal loan from Mam Erika. I received a call this afternoon from Ms Aldana from DTI 3. They asked kung office visit raba daw among gusto. I said if naay presentation about what they do, it would be so much better. So daku2 ug chance Lord nga madayon mi didto pohon. Salamat po. I am tired today coz I went to all 4 of my klases. Nag grade consultation p ko and nagklase pud. Wow. MAY 16, 2024 NO CLASSES

Today 5/16/24 we had no classes in school kay champion yesterday ang NU men and women's volleyball teams daw sa UAAP. Wow, congrats to them. And daghang salamat for the instant holiday Lord. So I was able to finish working on my midterm grades: I finished checking the midterm exams of TOU 232 and I also reviewed the submissions of PSY 231. Amen! Tua pay submisssions nila Econ students sa Ethics class. Mao n lng to ang kuwang lagi then ready n po ako maggrade consultation with their class. I can always do it online man lagi before I submit it on Saturday 5/18/24. I actually thought of going to Angeles City today to submit our letter for our SAP research. But I will wait Lord kung modajon b jud ko lagi. Need p ko mag offer for my sweldo yesterday. Maraming salamat po Lord and aloha! ;)
