He only messaged me nga padung n sila uli. Then si Yoyong came here in October 2017 to see me. He only stayed for one night coz he had to go home the next day. He was still taking care of his elderly dad then so di jud to siya mobalhin diri Cebu. He would eventually pass on in September 2018 and his mom pud in April 2019. Then tradisyon man daw sa mga Ilokano ang magmourn for one year so giabot n lng mi ug Covid nga wa mi magkita. So asa kaha ko ani kadung no? I trust God and his plans lng jud. Diha pa diay si Andrew in February 2018 nga another way klaro n pud. I would still want to go to Cambodia and Laos and possibly Hanoi after covid phn. I hope he would want to see me this time. Ate Ica had an officemate before nga si Christine from Yangon. We would have wanted to go there visit but la n madayon. Niuli n mn lagi ko in October 2010 and started working in CDU in November 2010. As it is, naay coup d'etat sa Myanmar this time coz gusto diay sa mga Amerikano nga tangtangon nas Aung Saan Suu Kyii. Baw libog mn gud n sila kay mora2 ug Cambodia b. Klaro lng ilang military junta unlike in Cambodia nga it is Hun Sen running as Prime Minister. But actually mao2 ra ng mga istoryaha sila. Si Mary Chanyapat was looking for a resource person on Myanmar issues. After scouring here and there, I eventualy found Sir Jason Cocjin to interface with us in the group chat. Si Luchie Blanco who used to work in Myanmar is there too. Di mn sya confident kay NGO man iya work. Good luck to us all! :)

LAOS

Tita Sonia and family are now in Laos na diay. Wow! Morag Viantiane sila. I plan to see them phn after Covid. She said she will pick me up at the airport. May lagi'g makabyahe ko nga I don't plan to get vaccinated baya. Jia you Doki, you can do it! May n lng there is a holiday this coming Thursday phn, Feb. 25. At least I can work on my revisions n jud intawn cguro. Last week of February n next week phn Lord. Amen.

DOWN MEMORY LANE

On Saturday 2/20/21 nga medyo bagjo2 I went down memory lane. I organized my loose photos and mounted them on my blank nga photo album. From elementary to work to Holland and back n mn to. The new ones there are the pictures that Ate Ica took when we were at the plaza across St Joseph Church in Tagbilaran morag 5 years ago or so. I looked at my old photo albums n lng pud from my Holland sojourn. Heheh, sa akong kastress this time, nitunga ug sayo ako dugo. This afternoon I plan to go to Land Bank in Mandaue to have my bank account checked. I need to buy food pud and pay my water bill sa Wealth Bank Pacific Mall. 4pm sila magsara. CHRISTMAS CARD

I can't forget him diay coz he sent me a card last Christmas without my knowledge and I only received it yesterday 2/17/21 Ash Wednesday around lunchtime. I emailed him in his RPM email coz he is not talking n mn lagi to me sa Messenger. Hahay, I do need to say sorry to this guy big time. I told him on the email that if he still wants the box, I will send it to him. I said just tell me what to put in it. Okay, this is what I will do. I have asked my sister Ate Ica to email me my files from last semester in Bohol nga tuas iya laptop. Wa mn gud naho iemail coz I thought ma-access ra nahos CELO. Ma-access lagi pero PDF na mn. So lahi ra jud tong mga PPT so that maedit pa. Yday she said gigamit n nila ang Huawei modem that I gave them so naka-FB n kuno sija. On Friday 2/12/21 night she started sending me the PPTs thru FB. Thanks po, Lord. Ang Mimo Antenna n lng nila Manang Tita sa Cawa ang huwaton. Tua n koy nakuha number from Mugatech. Last Saturday 2/13/21 naabot mn daw ang modem per Ate Eva. CNY TO V-DAY

I dunno if 2008 ba to or 2010 when very close pud ang Chinese New Year ug Valentine's Day. Twas even in the news yday. A mayor of a town in Quezon Province even gave single people employed in the city hall February 11 as a paid leave day in order to look for their forever. Taas2 p daw ug oras kay sa Sunday p gud ang Valentine's so naay 3 days para mangita. As it is I think I will be having a fruitful week. More or less mas daghan ko'g trabaho this sem kay 4 classes mn ko with 3 different subjects. But madala ra lagi ni tanan. I just need to get my mind off someone cguro. Jia you Doki!

Out of my distress coz unstable ako internet signal, I bumped into Sky Internet. Thank God jud. I signed up yday morning, February 5, 2021. Nanawag sila to verify pagka-3pm then by 5pm installed n oi! Up to 10mbps na plan ako gikuha. P1K bayad installation, 1K pud bayad per month. Thanks po Lord. Natunhay n jud tawn ko. Di n ko dakop2 ug signal. Kay di lalim jud buhata. Nigawas p gud kos eskina last Thursday kay ngita ta ko'g internetan. Sus, wa n diay internetan oi kay bawal mn due to covid. Yesterday Feb. 1, 2021 in our Dev Econ class I cried when I recounted the story of the domestic helper in one block in SG who told me that $25SGD n lng kuno mabilin sa iya sweldo after kuhaan sa mga deductions niya as a foreign worker in Singapore. I have Development Econ n pud this sem and I am happy that I am still in touch with my Development Studies field. Wait, I need to download something diay. Jia you Doki. You can do it always! :)

Since hinay mn tong gamay nga modem that I bought last December before coming here in Cebu, I was forced to buy a new one in Evoluzn. Tag 2,100 sya and medyo kusog jud nuon. I ordered an external antenna n pud from Shopee just to be sure. Coz 4 raba ako klases this sem and I have to work on my research pa. 2nd Semester 2020-2021

On Monday, January 25, 2021 we started with our second semester. I have four classes this sem - one in Dev Econ, 2 with GE 102 Entrepreneurial Mind and one with Health Econ ND class.
