Today 12/17/19 we received our goodies from CDU Coop. P700 na amo gift certificate (GC) bujag and we have Virginia ham and 5 kilos of Ganador rice. Ako n lng gibaligya ako rice aron di n ko mag-alsa ug bug-at. Thank you CDU Coop, 4 years na ko miyembro nila this year. I gave the ham to Nang Lucy and I bought novels, planner, color pencils and gift for James Dorog from my GC. Good vibes to us all in the new year and always! As for our giveaways from the school, same ra gihapon. The usual spaghetti and spaghetti sauce, cheese, 2 cans of Vienna sausage, 2 kilos of rice, fruit cocktail and nata de coco. Bantil brought my pack of 1 kilo spaghetti and 1 kilo sauce sa Bohol when she went home last December. I dunno if naluto na ba to. Jia you to us all!

Sheryl in Cebu

My good friend from NUS, Sheryl Navarez Wu of Los Baños and her family were in Cebu from December 19-20 and on December 21 niadto sila'g Bohol. Didto sila nag-Christmas sa Panglao and after Christmas na sila nibyahe to Los Baños. I saw her on 20th December sa Mactan. Hapit p jud to la madayon kay di mn ko pasudlon sa Shangrila Mactan. I haven't seen her jud in a long time coz I don't think I saw her when I came back to SG last January 2008. I met her in January 2006 when she started with the Masters program at NUS. She met her future husband Lei Wu from China at NUS too. I distinctly remember what she told me: SG may be a mistake to you but it was a blessing to me coz I met someone like you. Thanks a lot She. Iya raba daw ko idrive in her Mercedes if ever I make it to SG. Heheh, it's never happened coz I've been dragging my feet on it. See u phn She!

SEA Games Closing

Yesterday 12/11/19 was the closing ceremony of the 30th SEA games hosted by the Philippines. The program was staged at the New Clark City Stadium in Capas, Tarlac. Arnel Pineda ang performers oi ug Black-Eyed Peas. Incidentally, Apl de Ap introduced the new member of their band - si Jessica Reynoso or J Rey Soul. Apl de Ap is very proud of his Filipino heritage. Free gud to ila concert. Good luck to them always!

I dunno if I've already made a post about him. He's my high school classmate who went with me to buy T-shirts for our batch silver anniversary in May 2017. Dreams Lately

I know that my dreams have certain messages for me. Last week I dreamt of me introducing Leeyaj to my eldest sister. Then lately pud I dreamt of us having a business near the market in Tubigon. 30th SEA Games

From November 30 to December 11 this year, our country is hosting this regional sports meet. 2017 Kuala Lumpur ang host. I remember I was in KL around that time. I even asked that Filipina I met at the airport what "Bangkit Bersama" the theme of that edition of the games means. Anyway, for this time the Philippines is debuting a brand new world-class facility in Capas, Tarlac called the New Clark City. It has a stadium and Aquatic Center as well as Athlete's Village and park. I saw it on CNN Philippines when Pinky Webb interviewed the BCDA President and architect Vince Dizon a while back in September man tingali to. Anyway, controversial ang cauldron this time coz P55 million daw magasto for it. The design is only P4.5 million daw by the late National Artist Bobby Mañoza but the fuel must be the expensive one. Coz it has to stay lighted man for the entire duration of the games.

My birthday last Friday 11/22/19 went very quietly. I only met up with my churchmates at Dimsum in Gaisano Grand Basak for dinner. Anabelle gave me a shoulder bag. Gikan p mn silas Manila lagi. Then my newfound friends and cousins from the US nigreet pud tawn --sila Lorraine, Rochelle, Jackie, Bobby and Aulii. I was flooded with birthday wishes on my Facebook as always Lord. Thanks po. End Nov 2019

We started our 2nd semester at CDU this last week of November. Then I have also completed my documents for submission to CHED today 11/28/19. I followed our SU Registrar all the way to One Central Hotel in Sanciangko. Heheh. It has been a very relaxing yet stressful 2 weeks. Pwede ba yun? It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas so bring it on! God bless us all ;)

I met him when I went to watch the games of Globalteer in March 2010. He was from SHCC (Self-Help Community Centre). He seemed young, much younger than me. He kept in touch and lately told me that he's studying in Nanjing for a Masters in Education Science. He still has dreams of opening a school daw. All the best, twas nice to meet you!

Our 2nd cousin Atty. Julius Gregory Batausa Delgado got married over the weekend. I was planning to go home to take care of the things ipadala for Aunty Helen but decided si Ate Ica na lng hikay ato. Last Monday 10/14/19 night, I bingewatched on 2 Jason Bourne movies on Ch 21. The Bourne Identity and Jason Bourne ako gitan-aw. I still remember Europe with this movie. Jia you Doki!

Nakasuroy ko'g Cebu Ocean Park yesterday Monday 9/23/19 kay ako maoy gihangyo nga mo tour guide nila Ate Eva ug Manang Tita. Gipadad-an ko'g kwarta ni Day Nee last Thursday. Grabe, thank you po Lord. Nalingaw jud bitaw mi didto kay di ra mn ocean creatures makit-an. Na'man pud sila land animals. Pinakanindut jud ang oceanarium, naay little sharks and stingrays didto. I bought souvenir T-shirts pud for myself and for them. Sa uulitin Lord. It reminded me of going to Beijing Panda Zoo last December 2018 and Sea Life Park last July in Hawaii. From August 29, 2019 sa gabii till September 16, 2019, Baloy and family came to Cebu. Nagpaopera sila ni PZ sa iya hernia. After that suroy2 sila sa Cebu kay namalit pud ug mga similya sa grapefruit, grapes ug lanzones. Bisita pud sila sa Danao sa maguwang ni Delia. Overall twas time well spent here in Cebu. I learned a few days ago that Janice Isabelle Lao now has her own Facebook account. For a very long time morag share sila'g account sa iya husband. Now she has her own account na. Jia you! She is the former girlfriend of somebody I met in Singapore and a friend to another friend too. She used to study in Oxford; Chevening Scholarship for her MSc in Environmental Change and Management. It took her 7 years ba to to finish college coz nieskala p mn sijas USC. But when she returned to ADMU, dire2tso na iya pag-eskwela. If I'm not mistaken, she majored in Environmental Science and Economics sa ADMU. Highly-awarded kaju ni bayhana. She is now Sustainability Manager at Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, her previous stint was the same post at Cathay Pacific and MTR Hong Kong. She was also among the women in sustainability something from Harvard University. HK naman sya base coz that's where she got married. I used to read her blog but she cancelled it. "She must be very smart" ingon ni Deepti before. Yes she is. I sent her a private message on FB before, introducing myself. Thumbs up icon ra iya reply. Pastilan! Comprehensive Exams

Today September 2, 2019 is the start of my comprehensive exams for my PhD Social Sciences candidature. Ako n lng isa mag-exam kay nag-exam n mn si Sir Renante last mid-July. Nilarga mn lagi ko ato so nagpauwahi n lng ko niya. I finished my Social Psych exam at around 1030am so I dropped by Dr Rivera's office and gave him my pasalubong keychain from Hawaii. Sept. 6, 2019 I finished my History of Econ Thought around 730 am while sitting in Hibbard Hall. Went to SPAG ofc to give it to the SA. I was sitting in the bus already when Monie texted me to say that napa diay bayad 500 per subject. Nya 7 subjects so P3,500 ang ako dapat ibayad niya. Pastilan. Cguro I took too long to go there. Coz I could've gone there in 2000-2001 instead of going to the Netherlands. Pero di pud to nako ibaylo ako pag-adtos Europe oi. Karaoke in Hawai'i

My admiration of Sharon Cuneta and Karen Carpenter paid off when we went for karaoke at GS Studio in Waikiki last July 20, 2019. I sang "Top of the World" and "Both Sides Now" there. Sila Ayumi pud ug Alisa maoy hilig mokaraoke sa side nila Paul. After this we had dinner at Side Street Inn where I saw Manny Pacquiao win against whoever his opponent that time. And ang final stop for the night was Leonard's malasadas. Yummy! The next day Mike's good friend Dave Banks said I sing so much better daw than those guys in Ala Moana Center, at the top floor near Bubba Gump where we were going for dinner. Heheh. Thanks Dave and Sherri. I was delighted to meet you as well as everyone in Hawai'i!

Alumni Conference in BKK in Nov

There will be an alumni conference organized by NUFFIC this November 20-22 in Bangkok. The topics for this conference would be food security and water management daw. Sa October 11 daw pohon mahibaw-an if nadawat b o wala. It would be a very nice bday gift phon if ever madawat ko. This is the 2nd one coz the 1st one was held in Africa. NUFFIC said that the conference materials, board and lodging will be under their care. Travel costs will be borne by the participant or his/her organization. Wala ko madawat for this conference. There is a better opportunity nga ihatag nako ni Lord. Amen!

This past week was turbulent weather. Sige lng cancel ang mga byahe sa dagat. Last Saturday nangabot amo cousins from Tagum kay ila giescortan ila mga iyaan who are visiting Anda, Bohol. I joined them n lng pud to Simala last Saturday, 8/10/19. Sept 13, 2015 pa mn diay ko last nakaadto with Janice. Lahi na kaju Simala ron oi. Bongga na kaju morag castle bujag! Then last Sunday to Bohol n sila. Sa Tubigon sila agi so Ate Wewens invited them over for lunch. Di ta sila moadto kay mauwaw. Nahimo n lng nuon reunion sa cousins. I posted pics of their tapok2 sa Tubigon. Later that night Aunty Helen said wa cja katu'g. Maybe twas because she saw Tiyo Edgar nga bedridden. Nakahuna2 cguro cja nga nakabawos nas Aunty Nita for all the pain he put her through. Jia you Aunty. Anyway, supporter gud namos Aunty nga ija mga pag-umangkon. I learned from my dad that di jud mi magsalig nila Aunty Helen sa Hawaii. Morag kaisa ra jud sila nagpatabang nija -- for Nang Anel's field trip sa Manila in 1994? and I think for an amount of P10,000. Ija pud mga anak di mn magcge bisita diri kay they want something different from Philippines and Hawaii mn kuno. Kaisa ra jud sila Mike and Paul niari in 1990 for 3 weeks. My good college friend is vacationing from Canada with her family. Fortunately nagkita ra jud mi last Monday 8/5/19 evening sa Parkmall. Aunty Helen

She is my dad's younger sister. She is in Hawaii married to the son of an Ilocano migrant. Batausa Jocson sija while na'pud Batausa nga nagminjo ug Jocson sa California. Si Uncle Gody. I met most of their clan during Mike's wedding last July 19, 2019 and during the Ohana Reunion last July 22. We even got featured on TV. Heheh. Ingon siya mas daghan pa sya time naspend sa Hawaii kaysa sa Pinas. Cge diay tawn sija tabang nila Tiyo Joven sa Davao. Nihatag kuno cja kwarta aron mkpalit sila anang Villa Consuelo nila nga property. Mao diay ng attached kajus Tiyo Joven didto. She last came home in May 2015 during Ate Jing's wedding. Hawaii July 2019

I arrived in Hawaii on 16 July 2019 around 930am local time. Mike picked me up from the airport. Nadugay kos baggage claim. From the airport we went to the dress shop then drove thru McDonald's for our meal then padung sa ila na. Mga 30 minutes ang drive from downtown Honolulu to Kaneohe, moagi ug tunnel. Upon seeing those tall rugged mountains, kaingon jud ko kahadlok diri dapita. We had dinner at Windward Mall that night. July 17 Due to jetlag, I woke up at 845am. Aunty Helen was busy cooking Portuguese sausage. Paul came to the house around lunchtime with Ayumi and their kids. They like to eat lumpia diay so we cooked it. Wedding Rehearsal in the afternoon at St Ann's Church in Kaneohe ra pud. I met his bride Flori Ann Florentino Padua and her family as well as the wedding entourage this time. Special p to ila pari kay Latin mn lagi ila mass. Flown in from San Antonio, Texas p kuno to cja oi. After rehearsal we had dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Windward Mall, just across St Ann's Church. July 18 Drive to the Tantalus lookout overlooking Waikiki Beach then to Ala Moana foodcourt for lunch then Breakout Waikiki then dinner with Paul's family and Bain at Pagoda Restaurant. Met Dave and Sherri Banks, Seneca and Eddy and Uncle Gus Martinez Tan at the foodcourt. Met Lorraine, Chuck, Rochelle and Malia at Breakout Waikiki July 19 Friday Mike's wedding at St Ann's Church around 130pm and reception at He'eia State Park. Kadaghan n lng sa mga tawo nga ako nameet this time bujag! Uncle Gody Batausa I met in church, including his son Gody Junior and his wife Cristina. The rest sa reception na. July 20 Saturday Visit to Uncle Ben's graveyard in the afternoon, GS Studio Karaoke with Paul and family, and Dave and Sherri then dinner at Side Street Inn with the Tans then Leonard's for malasadas. You haven't gone to Hawaii mn daw if you haven't tried Leonard's malasadas. I must say I fell in love with the view in the cemetery too --rolling hills and all that. Wow! July 21 Sunday Aunty and I went for 1130am service at St Ann Church; Ayumi left for the airport, we had picture taking where Aunty wore the Cebu t-shirt that I gave; Pearl Harbor tour in the afternoon with Alisa, Mike and Aunty; sightseeing at Waikiki and to Diamond Head. Nasirad-an mis Diamond Head intawn coz we dropped by Target somewhere p man coz Alisa had to buy something. We saw a double rainbow on the way back. Dinner at Bubba Gump in Ala Moana with Dave and Sherri and Eddy and Seneca. But sa food court nikaon na mi ni Aunty! :) July 22 Monday Jocson/Rayray Ohana reunion at Ala Moana beach park. We got featured on TV. Heheh, the shaka move from Hawaii! July 23 Tuesday Drive to North Shore with Mike, Kii's memorial, Sea Life Park luau in the evening July 24 Shopping for presents at the Swap Meet at Aloha Stadium; Paul and kids going back to Japan; declined to go to PCC. In the afternoon nahitabo ang ako back pain drama as Mike would put it July 25 Aunty's appointment with the doctor; dinner with Venus and Aunty at Haliewa Joe Kaneohe. Great food and ambience! July 26 Meet up with Venus then she took me to Cinnamon Rolls in Kailua; Target for last minute present shopping and lunch at the house. I packed my things n pud in the afternoon. I asked to watch BBC and Bundesliga on their huge Smart TV. July 27 Flying back to Philippines. Mike and Aunty sent me off at the airport. We left at 12nn then after 6.5 hours of continuous sitting, nisakit ako likod intawn. May n lng gani kay gamay ra pasahero sa economy, nakahigda p tawn ko. I kept praying jud nga makaabot p kos Manila. Nagwheelchair n lng gud ko pagnaug kay sakit n lagi akong likod. Hay Doki! July 28 Sunday Arrived in Manila at around 430pm. Then around 930pm pa ako flight to Cebu so mga 11pm na tawn ko naabot sa Palm Heights. Kakapoy n lng jud sa byahe. Jetlag is real p jud. Coz Hawaii is 18 hrs behind Philippines. Ang 12mn diri maoy 6am didto nga maoy aho tigmatahan. I had to readjust jud to the difference in timezones. Twas a good trip ra japon Doki and hope makabalik pa kas Kaneohe next time. US Tourist Visas

There is really no hard and fast rule for the US' granting of tourist visas. I was denied when I applied in Amsterdam in 2001. C Atty Ching diay pud kuno was denied the first time when she and her students applied for a tourist visa to attend a moot court in the US. Aprub daw ila students but sya wala. But then single entry visa ra mn kuno gihatag sa mga estudyante. When she applied again many years later, multiple entry na daw gihatag sa US. Ahh, so pare2ha cguro naho. Cge lang Doki. We are lucky that for this new school year we have 4 enrollees in our International Studies program. Mam Charlotte Cariño of Foundation University just came from SG then BKK. Nagtraining sila didto for Bloomberg then attend pud cja conference sa Bangkok. Sila Dodong Denden pud ug Ate Tonet are currently in HK and Macau then to Bali. I love travelling jud. Amen.

Aunty Helen

She's Papa's younger sister, sunod nija. She lives in Hawaii with her eldest son Mike. Paul his other son is in Japan with his family. He's with the US Navy. She had her surgery last June 18 to remove a lump in her breast. She told me about it before, tungod diay kay magcge sila away ni Mike tungod ni Flori who he married last July 19, 2019. Nya sila ra gud duha sa bay. Mabijaan cja kung maglakaw2 si Mike. I gave her Venus' number and ako sya gitugon ni Venus before ko niuli. Because I have my studies here to finish. You know best Lord. June 2019

Since July 1 pa man magstart amo klases, wala mi buhaton for June 2019. What our Dean did was to tell admin that magrevise mi syllabus for the first half of the month then do research activities ig second half. Toronto Raptors: NBA Champions 2018-2019 Season

This year Toronto Raptors ang nichallenge sa defending champions nga Golden State Warriors. This is the first time the Raptors got into the finals; their first since franchise history. 24 yrs in the making pud ni. The Raptors this time are composed of Kawhi Leonard, Pascal Siakam, Kyle Lowry, Marc Gasol, Danny Green, Fred Van Vleet, Serge Ibaka and others. Head Coach is Nick Nurse. Scotiabank Arena ang ila homecourt. The Raptors got the crown after Game 6 at Oakland Arena. 4-2 ang standing sa series. Saddled by injuries ang Warriors like Kevin Durant (KD) and Klay Thompson (KT). Klay Thompson even had to leave the game late in the 3rd quarter coz he injured his left knee. KD on the other hand left in the 2nd quarter of Game 5 due to his injury also. The Golden State Warriors had been in the NBA finals mn diay for the past five years and they've won 3 of the 5 championships. Incidentally it was the last game to be played at Oakland Arena coz the Warriors are set to move to a new location daw in San Francisco in the new season. So ironically twas the Raptors who celebrated their victory there. Mora sila'g nangabuang oi coz champion na gud sila for the first time. Bragging rights na gud na, aside from the bonus that they're set to receive from the league. Jia you! Kawhi Leonard on the other hand was very emotional coz it was his 2nd NBA Finals MVP trophy. On May 18 nagklase mi k Dr Rivera. Presentations n mi. I stayed on coz the next week klase mn mi with Dr Elmaco. As it is, wala mi nagklase pag May 20 coz absent si Sir Renante. He had to send his family home in Bohol kay nasakit daw iya anak sa Dumaguete. So Tuesday 21 May na mi nagstart ug klase sa Special Topics. Sus, gender budgeting ra mn diay ang topic. Nya group work ra coz kami ra mn 3 with Mam Glynnis. La n pud mi requirement but the GAD Plan and Budget. Nakatabang pud namo si Mam Vilma as GAD Focal Person sa BISU Bilar. So k Dr Rivera n lng nga requirement ako tiwason then mag enrol n ko for thesis writing phn. Jia you Doki! Nagkita pud mi Aineen sa simbahan then nagchika mi after.

Ingko Lopoz introduced me to his friend nga si Henry. Taga Cawayanan ra kuno pud cja but now working in Angeles City, Pampanga. In Rapide. He's 35 yrs old daw. Kabuhi (Anxiety Attack)

Sa sige naho'g bahas2, giabot jud ko'g kabuhi. La n ko kasabot sa ahong gibati. Tungod lagi kay on 24 April I went to Dumaguete for CHED docs. Then hinlo kos ako stuff sa PH on Thu 25 April. Pag Friday 26 April I would've wanted to go to CDO but pass by Tubigon first. I slept in Tagbilaran coz fully booked mn ang barko. Didto na ko giabot sa ako kabuhi. Bisan unsa nay nasud sa ako huna2. Thankfully external problems ra diay. Need ra ug haplas or masahe kanunay to wipe away the pains. Incidentally I found Oasis Lodge-Balili Heritage House in Borja St, Tagbilaran due to this episode. Stay ko didto ug 1 night. Kasagaran mga puti oi ang mobook didto. Isa sa mga tag-iya ug manager kay married to an American mn diay pud. She's more than willing to welcome guests into Bohol and show off her hospitality skills. Daghang mga kasuruyan sa Bohol nga wa n gani ko kaila. Tagum 2019

We were in Tagum, Davao del Norte for Holy Week to visit Tiyo Joven and his family. Mao n lng pud to amo summer outing. 2014 pa mn diay pud ko last niadto didto and 2015 mi last nagkita nila Inday and kids and Tiyo Joven during Ate Ica's wedding. Di kuno mouban si Bantil kay magcleansing so kami ra with the bugits. Sila Nang Anel, Ate Ica ug bugits left Bohol on Wed, 17 April pa at 10am from Jagna to Nasipit. Abot sila Nasipit hapon or early evening then from Nasipit nag Bayugan sila then Tagum. Thu sa tungang gabii na sila naabot sa Tagum. Si Tata amo cousin maoy nitagbo nilas bus terminal. I left Cebu on Thursday 18 April mga lunchtime. I took a van outside Davao Airport around 230pm so mga 330pm n ko naabot sa Tagum. Abot kos bay ni Ging2 sa Lagunzad mga 4pm na. Nihapit p mn si Tata ug butong gud. After resting nanglakaw mi to Tagum Cathedral. Daku kaju bay ni Ging2 sa Lagunzad Compound oi nya la p jud tawo. On Friday 19 April hapon n mi nanglakaw. We went to their farm in Dumlan then to the private grave of Aunty Betty then to Tagum City Hall and Ecopark. And that's what transpired of our vacation. On Saturday 20 April nanggikan na sila Nang Anel kay 10pm mn sa CDO ila barko to Jagna. Ako maoy nabilin didto coz si Jingboy amo 2nd cousin diha mn pud nibisita. I left Tagum on 21 April na around 3am then abot ko Cebu mga 930am. Mao jud pud orasa pag-abot nila Nang Anel sa among bay sa Tinangnan. I had quite a meaningful Holy Week vacation. Today 4/13/19 I received 2 mugs as token from Shane Velasco, Gabby Ventura and Katrina Retuya. Token nilas ilang Research that they were able to complete yday so makapaso jud sila sa graduation ugma phn. Summer Classes

Dihay Econ 11 sa Dent Irregular students gioffer this summer. Gihatag nako sa amo chair. I went to the class last Friday 4/12/19. 10 students ra nya naa gani ako previous students sa SHS. Today 4/15/19 I decided to give it up coz mao ra ni ako gawason. Maintan lng ko ug sip-onon. With this I can concentrate on my 2 remaining courses sa SU. And hopefully have a summer fun. This summer 2019, I will be down to my last 2 courses in my doctoral program buyag. On Thursday, 4 April 2019 nagpaenrol na kos SU. He's Kuya Nasty's nephew, kaedad nila Leeyaj. I think he came to Cambodia in 2007, dungan2 sila Bantil. Sa Pyramid in Siem Reap mn to cja first work, which was managed before by Kuya Ray Kirit. Then sa Intercon n pud cja work.. Lahi n cja ron. Nagmature na and happy daw pud cjas ija life in PP. He gave me such great words of wisdom on my way home. He said sakto ra kuno my decision to go home in 2010. He told me to continue my passion of laag2. And he also said 'hangga't kaya mong magmahal, magmahal ka. Hangga't kaya mong tumawa, tumawa ka. PP Visit 2019

I wanted to do the trip coz I wanted to see how things are in PP. I left in October 2010 and I visited with my late mother last Oct 2013. So that trip was 5+ yrs in the making. I came to PP on Tuesday, 26 March after taking the bus from Saigon. Si Ate Larns ang nitagbo naho sa bus station near Olympic. She sent me to Juvy's place in BKK1 near Wat Lanka. Then we had pizza at Domino's nearby. There I paid for our food with the riels from Ate Ica. Heheh. Niapas na lng si Juvy then after dinner uli n mi. We had a long talk about what happened between her and Jack. Then after this, sleep na. The next day I had lunch with Marge at nearby Vego Salad. Then she accompanied me to Aeon Mall 1 near Nagaworld. From there I sent her back to her school then I went to Phsar Thmey for pasalubong. Then I went to Sorya also. From there I went to see Ate Tess in her school. Dinner mi in a resto nearby. Then by sheer chance, nagkita pud mi Elen. Didto ko nija gipatulog sa ija apartment. Afternoon of next day I went to see Bong at Hotel Intercon. Then I came back to Sihanouk Blvd supposedly to see Mam Eliza. Dugay mn cja so nilakaw n lng ko to the place where Mikawa Resto is. Grabe oi, didto mis skybar ni Juvy ug Ate Larns. To cap the night, didto p jud mis Brooklyn Pizza and Bistro. Next day I bought my bus ticket na to Saigon then went to Toulkork. Kutob gate ra kos K-West kos la n mn ko kaila sa mga gwardya. From there I went to Lucky Supermarket in Sihanouk. I had to do it. It's a very memorable place. From there I stayed back ila Juvy till afternoon. I went to Aeon Mall 2 for dinner with Dexter and Janet and Marge. From there we went to Motor Cafe. There I met Bong's brother Mark Fil and his gf Kim Bugo. The next day nakigkita p jud ko ni Malou ug Kuya Nasty. From there nanghipos n ko and I took the bus to Saigon na. Just like that my PP vacation is over. Di n pud ko kahibaw when ko kabisita didto balik. Thak you for the opportunity Lord. Amen. Lahi n kaju PP jud ron, di na pareha sauna. I am very happy I survived this very packed semester. On 8 December 2018 our junior colleague Jamie Regis died so I was forced to take over his classes. Ako mn jud pud nuon to nga subject, di lng ko dapat magdala daghan klase ron kay on study leave lagi under CHED scholarship. Towards Christmas break 2018, Aileen told me that she lost her scholarship coz gamay ija grado sa ija PE. Nagloko kuno ang ilang teacher, wa sila hatagi ug final exam. So in January I paid for her midterm dues. Then in February si Bantil went home because she's now looking to work for the government. Sa Capitol Provl Agriculturist office n lng daw siya instead of BFAR CDO. She started last March 4, 2019. Si Aileen pud told me last week that pabalhinon cjas ija parents sa NORSU ig June phn. Ako n sya gitagaan money for her tuition and phon after finals pwede n cja mouli. Pakuhaon lng naho cja ug honorable dismissal ug cert of good moral character daan so that di n cja maghuna2 p. Then basin si Michelle Bolonos pud mangapply diri Cebu. Tan-awn n lng. I keep the faith.

Last night Aileen told me that pabalhinon sijas ija Mama ug iyaan sa NORSU ig June phon. Niingon mn lagi ko nga this semester ra ko mobayad sa ijang tuition sa UCLM. Mga 24K gud ang isa ka semester, di pud lalim. Nya diha ra cja nitug-an nga wa na diay sija scholarship around 3rd Sunday of December last year when duol na ila prelim exam. Wala nagpakita si Nicolas in PP. Ang ija alibi kay sick daw sya coz brownout didtos PP. Hmph, what's new? Ginawa na nya dun dati no? He's teaching Math/Humanities na daw. I dunno what grade. I was binging on videos of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry on Youtube when this video of Rachel Lindsay, the lead star of The Bachelorette season 13 last June 2017 and the first African-American to be Bachelorette caught my attention. Padayon lng japon ko tan-aw till the end of the show. The guy who is a chiropractor from Miami, Florida eventually proposed to the girl who's a lawyer from Dallas, Texas on a castle? in Spain. Nindut kajus PP kay kusog kaju WiFi bujag. Halos ipanghatag n lng lagi. Lupig tawn mi kaju diris Pinas nga nagkamang amo internet. Then ang ilang tuktuk didto, Grab oi ug Passapp. My experience was I took a Passapp to Aeon 2 in Sen Sok City (new City in PP, lagpas nas Toulkork). Nilapas mi so nihunong ang driver kay giopen nya ang GPS sa fone. Amazing bujag! Diris Pinas ang amazing ang Angkas mn pud. Jia you to us all!

Today, 2/23/19 nagpresentation ra mis amo proposals sa Quali Research sa hapon. At least, Dr Rivera got interested in my proposal coz wala p daw nagstudy ato sa SU. Environmental politics bale ang theme. Then the next Saturday, presentation pud mis ija Modern Social Theories nga klas. For submission lng amo requirements this Saturday, 3/23/19 phn. Jia you Doki!

Cebu Provl Agriculture

Last Monday 2/18/19 afternoon, Bantil went for interview at the Cebu Provl Agriculture Ofc. Nadawat cja and start na daw ig 1st Monday of March phn. Thanks tawn Lord nadawat cja. But job order (JO) pa lagi ang post. Then laju pud ija commute from the house to Capitol. Mga 45 minutes to 1 hour cguro. Need jud cja mosayo if 8am ila sulod. Or mopalit n lng cja motorcycle phn so that madali sijas byahe. Today molarga cja to Manila kay magkuha sa iya things in Lipa and motrabaho n lng daw pud didto for 1 week lang. I was on a tricycle from Dao Tagbilaran to the St Peter Ofc in Baclayon when the driver asked me if I'm married. He'd said pangayuon daw nako sa Ginoo ako bahin. Heheh. He said nindut daw magminyo kay maka-ask ka ni Lord kung mao n b ni langit. But panganod p daw to. Mosugod daw ang impyerno when manganak n ang couple. Hahay, Bohol. Kasayon ra btaw sa life didto. How did my V Day this year pan out? 2 yrs ago, I was renewing my passport at DFA Pacific Mall when I got an SMS from Yoyong Sayasa. Then he came to see me here in Cebu on 1 October 2017. Nag-eskwela mn gud ko PhD and Bukidnon is so far away so I dunno.. Early this morning, I got a picture of a bouquet from Ruel Limocon. Char jud cja kaju. Naa pud c Richard Alfajora who would message me every now and then. Baw n lng nimo Dong. Good luck on ur senatorial bid. Isa ra mn gud ang tubag ana. Sayang lang nga 3.6 aho final grade nija. Kaduha mn gud pud ko napalpak kay la kajoin sa ija klas online. Then ready na ta ko moklase last Feb 23, 2019. Sila Mam Glynnis may dili ready. Ang nahitabo nilarga ko to Cambodia on the last week of March nga nagklase sija on March 30, 2019. Kay pirmi man sija byahe. She went to Europe daw then US after Feb 23 mao pagbalik niya, graduation nas SU on March 23, 2019. La na mi makaklase. Ako na nuoy nadehado. On 22-26 December 2018 Bantil and I joined a group tour to Beijing, China. There were 42 of us Filipinos in that group tour, from essentially 5 different families: Family 1 Sagmit family were from Bauang, La Union; Family 2 Madrideo were from QC, Family 3 were Bantil and I; Families 4 to 7 were Laude, Francisco, Gualvez and Ripalda from Valenzuela, and Families 8-9 Bernal were from Valenzuela too. We were from all walks of life jud. Lingaw ra pud to kaju though twas really freezing in Beijing that time. All the best to us always!
