She used to be our student sa IS and she left coz she went to study in Australia. After a very long time (since December actually), nibawos na siyas ako msg niyas FB. So, tabang n pud ni ni Mama Mary naho. She is in Korea mn daw as of the moment so I am happy that na'na jud koy ma-ask nga taga-didto mismo. So I have good prospoects for the week and for the start of June phn. Amen.

2 na ang akong K-novelas gikalingawan sa Heart of Asia this time. Nam Shin Are You Human and Secret Garden which started just last Monday 5/24/21. Hyun Bin and Ha Ji-won ang mga bida. Island Dreams

I watched this 2013 movie ganiha over I Heart Movies channel. It starts Louise de los Reyes and Alexis Petitprez. The lessons from the movie were "The longest journey that you would do is from your mind to your heart" and that traydor kuno ang puso kay kung sino2 lang kuno ang pinapapasok nito. Pastilan! NBA Playoffs

The regular season games end today with the Washington Wizards and Indiana Pacers hashing it out for the 8th spot in conference. So the winner there, the Washington Wizards will face Philadelphia 76ers daw in the first round of the Eastern Conference finals. So hopefully, the Lakers can defend the title this year. Are You Human (Too?)

Ay kanindut! Kani nga series n pud akong gikalingawan on Heart of Asia. It started on May 10, 2021. It is at 820am and 235 pm then 1050pm. Ang first two time slots mentioned ako pang matan-aw but di n kos gabii n kaju. This is the story of a robot nga mainlove sa tawo and vice versa. Did He or Didn't He?

Did he really have an affection for me or did he just need someone to talk to during the lockdown? Why is he ignoring me these days, giving me the silent treatment? Lisura Lord oi. Sus intawn, ang Egyptian nga taga-Dubai maoy nibalik. He is 10 yrs younger than me. I first chatted with him in December last year. He had a problem with a girl who I understood was engaged to him but dumped him for a richer man. Then naloko daw pud siyas mga Pilipina. He is exposed to a lot of Filipinas man in Dubai where he works as an accountant. Baw asa n lng ko ani. Jia you Doki, happy weekend!

Digital Economy

This is the lesson for this week in my GE 102 and ECON 112 classes. I shared with my classes my experiences with digital technology from Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia as well as from the Netherlands with their giro. And incidentally I have a conference to attend also on 6 and 7 May about the digital economy delivered by Microsoft Teams. I really hope it will be very useful for me. Layo ra kaju ang Pinas sa other countries in the region but I hope we can get there in time. Bahala n lng ug slowly but surely mi ani. On the other hand, I watched The Final Pitch on CNN Philippines last night and I saw this young mother of 2 pitch about Kwentoon -Kwentong Pinoy cartoons daw. Of course the investors were hands down interested and taken with her concept. But with YodaBear wa jud sila oi. One investor named Joel even offered the guy who pitched a course in business innovation models daw. Pastilan ning mga Pinoy. Good luck japon to us always!

She's a fellow Dutch scholar, I met her in Holland in the year 2000. Particularly sa Philippine Embassy ug sa English-speaking Church sa St Aloysius College.
