Hay salamat. AFter 2 failed attempts in the past. Positive n jud lagi daw ang PSA/NSO birth cert ni Aunty Helen. I dragged my feet on applying for it coz I wanted to make sure jud nga naa n. Dali2 ko apply last 4/27//22 when gifollowup ming duha ni Paul. So I will wait for it to be delivered and send it to Paul in Japan. God bless us all and aloha! :)
