Hinrich Foundation Seminar @UV

I was late for the seminar by the Hinrich Foundation on Trade Sustainability Index today at UV Colon. It was presided over by Alexander Boome, program director of Hinrich Foundation for Philippines. He basically talked about the sustainable trade index that they have asked The Economist to come up with. Sayang lang kay dili economics ang background sa iyang audience.
