BATAUSA COUSINS REUNION, JULY 9, 2023

Yesterday, 7/9/23 we had the opportunity for a reunion with our Batausa cousins because our cousins from Hawaii, Mike and Paul are visiting. We picked them up from the port of Tubigon at around 930 a.m. Then we went to the house of Ate Wewens Abarquez to drop off their pasalubong. Then off to MacDonald's for a late breakfast then to the cemetery then to Gerarda's restaurant for lunch. Aunty Etel was able to join us for lunch. Surprise all the way from Palawan! She gave 2 packs of cashews to them. The other extra pack I gave to Ate Tonet Abarquez. Then we dropped by Tinangnan for a bit then we went to Chocolate Hills. From there, we went to Magsaysay Drive then back to Ate Wewens' house for snacks then to the church n. It was raining hard when we were at 6pm mass. But still we were able to have dinner at Bazak Food Park then jamming at Ate Wewens' house again before leaving for the port. Our cousin Mike took the 1030pm FastCat trip while the other cousin Paul took the earlier 645pm trip. Twas a very memorable day; that was the first meeting for most cousins after 32 years! I actually saw them in Hawaii last July 2019 so at least not that distant memory for me. Anyway, they might come back daw since July 13 sa hapon p man ilang larga lagis Mactan to Clark. So thank you very much Lord for all the blessings. Amen!
