SVD

My former junior colleague Boyet once said that ang La Salle Brothers look up to USC jud kuno coz they are good with their missionary work. Mao mn jud oi, nindut ug tradition ang SVD buyag. Scientia et Virtus gud (Science and Virtue) nya ilaha p jud apilan ug Devotio lagi kuno para kompleto ang acronym nga SVD. Lately I have been watching the streaming of masses from the Christ the King seminary in Quezon City. Nagsugod jud tanan actually with Fr Jerry Orbos, SVD. When I saw them sing 'Gamsahamnida' in their harana after online masses at 10am, ako siya giemail and told him I met a Korean American in Hawaii in July 2019. Then one thing led to another n. Fr Jerry told me that si Fr. Rod is in QC daw while si Fr Estepa is in their seminary in Tagaytay. I would also see Fr. Louie Punzalan sometimes in morning masses. But lately si Rev. Fr. Benigno Beltran n akong idol. Taga Mindanao mn diay siya nya Electronics Eng'g iyang background sa UST. Sa Smokey Mountain iyang mission. Basta ganahan lng ko niya kay pirmi about the brain jud iyang homily. He shared lately that he was able to overcome depression pud. Dili daw mag self-absorbed, sign up to a cause higher than you daw so that there will be no room for depression/desolation ug desert in your life. Di daw pwede I me or mine lang palagi. Mao jud Father. Amen. We have to live for others jud. Worry less and love more ra jud lagi ang maxim in this world. Kadumdum ko ni Migs Garcia sa iyang neuroeconomics. Ang ingon ni Fr. Beltran is these scientists can say lagi daw which part of the brain is for which but they still cannot put it all together daw. Only faith can put it all together daw. Amen. Btw ingon diay si Fr Jovic nga loyal kuno kos SVD. Xempre! Happy Sunday to us all! :)
